Water heaters
Tank and tankless water heaters repaired, flushed and replaced. We'll tell you plainly whether a repair makes sense.
Signs
When to call about your water heater
- No hot water, or it runs out much faster than it used to
- Rusty or discolored hot water
- Popping or rumbling from the tank
- Water pooling around the base
- The tank is more than 10 to 12 years old
Tank water heaters
The familiar storage tank. Usually the lower-cost replacement, with repairs for burners, elements, valves and thermostats.
Tankless water heaters
Heats water as you use it. Needs a yearly flush in hard-water areas; we service and install them.
Repair or replace?
A straight answer, with both prices
If the tank itself is leaking, it has to be replaced. If it's a part (an element, a thermostat, a valve) and the heater is under about 8 years old, repair usually makes sense. We'll show you both prices.
If you ever smell gas near a gas water heater, leave the house and call your gas company first.
